To comply with the requirements of Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26, which establishes documentation and information obligations for individuals or entities providing accommodation or vehicle rental services in Spain, you are asked to provide additional personal data after the issuance of your Photo ID credential. These data will be used to issue a separate credential containing the information required under this Royal Decree.

We ask you again for your consent to process your personal data for the issuance of this credential. This includes general personal data, which will be processed based on your consent in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The personal data required for the issuance of this credential are your current residence address, your phone number, the number of travellers, and the relationship between you.

These data will only be used to issue a digital credential into your digital identity wallet, which you will use during the check-in process at Apartamentos Michelangelo.

Your personal data are only processed during this issuance, and no data are stored afterwards, as these are permanently and irrevocably deleted. The data contained in this credential are stored in your digital identity wallet provided by iGrant.io or Validated ID, which, in their capacity as wallet providers, do not retain or have access to any personal data contained in your credential.

We would like to remind you that you have specific rights regarding the processing of your personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), more specifically articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22. These rights include: the right of access, the right to rectification, the right to erasure, the right to restrict processing, and the right to data portability. If you have any questions or wish to exercise any of these rights, please contact Sicpa, the data controller for this processing, at: Sebastian.Vandewaal@sicpa.com. This request will be managed as far as possible within the framework of the specifics of this pilot (i.e. the digital identity wallet application).
