How do you get in contact with us?
The personal data provided in this form will be processed by the University of the Aegean (UAegean i4m Lab), which is responsible for determining the purposes and means of data processing. In providing this form, the EWC Consortium has engaged Yonder, which processes personal data exclusively on behalf of the EWC and Univ. of the Aegean and according to EWC and UAegean instructions. The processor is contractually obligated to implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of your data, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Categories of personal data processed
By providing my interest to participate in this pilot program, the following categories of personal data will be collected, processed, and used strictly for the purpose of determining my suitability for participation in the EUDI Wallet Pilot Program:
All personal data collected will be processed in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU 2016/679) and relevant national laws.
3. Purpose and grounds for the processing of personal data
The collected data will be used exclusively for:
Your personal data will NOT be used for:

Marketing or promotional purposes without your explicit consent.

Sharing with third parties, unless you choose to ultimately register in the pilot program, you will be provided with a separate consent form.
The processing of your personal data is carried out exclusively based on your explicit consent, as per Article 6(1)(a) and Article 7 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
4. Data Security and Retention
Your data will be securely stored and processed by Yonder, acting as data processor, under the strict instruction of the EWC and University of the Aegean, which will act as data controller. Yonder takes measures to protect your data, and stores all data locally within the EU ensuring no data is transferred to third-party suppliers.
If you ultimately complete the registration for participation in the Pilot Program, data will be retained for the duration of the Pilot Program and will be permanently deleted six (6) months after the Pilot Program concludes (unless legal obligations require further retention). Should you choose not to enroll in the Pilot Program, the information you have submitted through this form will be automatically deleted.
Access to your data for program-related activities will be restricted solely to authorised personnel from the University of the Aegean and key partners involved in the pilot, specifically Banca Transilvania, Visa, Cyclades Fast Ferries, and Yonder. This access will be granted only if you ultimately choose to participate in the Program, for which you will be provided a separate consent form.
5. Your Rights
As a participant, you have the following rights under GDPR:
Right of Access
You have the right to request access to and obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you at any time without the need to provide justification.
Right to Rectification
You have the right to request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete information we hold about you.
Right to Erasure
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Upon withdrawal, your personal data will be deleted without delay in accordance with applicable laws.
Right to Restrict Processing
You have the right to request to limit how your data is used under certain circumstances.
Right to Data Portability
You have the right to request that your personal data is transferred to another organisation or data controller in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.

6. Expression of interest and voluntary continuation in the Pilot Program
This form is intended solely to document your expression of interest in participating in the EUDI Wallet Pilot Program. The completion of this form does not represent formal consent to participate, nor does it authorise the processing of your personal data beyond what is necessary to manage your expression of interest.
Participation in the Pilot Program is entirely voluntary. An expression of interest does not obligate you to register for the Pilot Program. In the event that you finally decide not to register to the Pilot Program, all personal data will be permanently deleted.
Should you ultimately choose to register for participation, you will receive a distinct informed consent form that will detail Pilot Program, the data processing activities involved, and your rights pertaining to your personal data.
